Beyond Earth, the general scientific consensus is that the best place to search for evidence of extraterrestrial life is Mars. However, it is by no means the only place.
Aside from the many extrasolar planets that have been designated as potentially-habitable, there are plenty of other candidates right here in our Solar System.
These include the many icy satellites that are thought to have interior oceans that could harbor life.
Among them is Titan, Saturn s largest moon that has all kinds of organic chemistry taking place between its atmosphere and surface. For some time, scientists have suspected that the study of Titan s atmosphere could yield vital clues to the early stages of the evolution of life on Earth.

Former All Black captain and winger Stu Wilson can now add another name to the list of teams he has represented, the Tauranga Hospital Orderlies.
Many will remember Wilson from his rugby-playing heyday of the late 70s and early 80s when the charismatic winger with the jinking sidestep once held the record for the number of All Black test tries.

Finding ways to improve ourselves can be found through different pathways. Some of us are pushovers and allow people to take advantage of us because we want to limit conflict. Some of us are the ones pushing the pushovers around like bullies because selfishness is just a little more available in our lives.
We live in a peculiar world where many of us are afraid to be who we want to be for various reasons like lack of confidence, imposter syndrome, or scared we will create conflict and then people won’t like us. We live in a society that used to rebel with the idea to be different but now many of us get assigned a box to remain in and if we try to step outside that box, family, friends, and even strangers, especially on social media, grab their pitchforks and torches to force us back where society believes we belong.

FAIRMONT â St. Peter the Fisherman Church was able to have three baked fish dinners during Lent last year before the coronavirus pandemic put a stop to the weekly activity.
This year, with new COVID case numbers falling, the church kicked off the fish dinner season last Friday by hosting a drive-thru rather than sit-down service. Pat Stowe, chair of the fish dinner committee at St. Peter, said that although he believed last year would have been one of the most attended years for the fish dinners, this year is shaping up to be widely attended as well.
